DAY ONE
Birth class taught by Megan Mendoza, co-founder of Central Oregon Birth
We will help you feel confident in stages of labor, birth positions & how to use a peanut ball, coping skills, and partner involvement.
DAY TWO
Newborn Essentials, taught by Jaime Collado, founder of Nurtured Bend & co-founder of Central Oregon Birth
We will cover surviving the first few weeks, including breastfeeding basics, how to get sleep, baby safety, and more!
