What to expect for each class:

Our Birth Class, taught by Megan
We will help you feel confident in stages of labor, birth positions & and how to use a peanut ball, coping skills, and partner involvement.

Newborn Essentials, taught by Jaime
We will cover surviving the first few weeks, including breastfeeding basics, how to get sleep, baby safety and more!
